This Is My Journal.

This is where I share some of what I’ve been up to and the things I’ve learnt or thought about along the way.

It could be something happening in my business or a powerlifting competition. It might be somewhere I’ve travelled, an adventure I didn’t expect to have, or simply something that got me thinking.

And knowing me, there’ll probably be the occasional slightly ridiculous idea that I decided to try just because I wondered if I could.
